Digital Goods + DepositA family of products where the merchant can sell digital goods to its customers while handling acquiring independently, and settlements with WATA are made by debiting the merchant's deposit
MerchantA client connected to the WATA system
TransactionA payment record in the system with a unique identifier (UUID), amount, order number, description, and status
Transaction UUIDA unique identifier assigned to each transaction in the system
Transaction statusThe result of payment processing. It can be successful if the payment went through, declined if the transaction failed and an error code was received, or in progress if no response has been received from the system yet
Error codeA unique error identifier issued after a failed payment, indicating the cause of the error. It is presented as text explaining the reason so you can understand what went wrong
TerminalA merchant's project that is assigned a payment gateway with payment methods
TurnoverThe total amount of successful transactions processed over a given period of time
Merchant incomeThe digital good's sale price to the customer minus the WATA commission and the digital good's acquisition cost (for Digital Goods + Acquiring)
BalanceThe amount of merchant income accumulated before an auto-settlement is processed (for Digital Goods + Acquiring)
Merchant depositThe merchant's account with WATA, which holds the merchant's funds transferred to WATA for purchasing digital goods on behalf of the merchant's customers
Deposit balanceThe current balance of funds in the merchant's deposit
Payment methodA way to pay (Cards, SBP, T-Pay, and other methods)
Auto-settlementsThe process of automatically paying out funds to merchants under the T+N scheme, where T is the transaction date and N is the number of days after which the payout is made
T+NThe merchant payout scheme. Under this scheme, rubles are converted to USDT and paid out depending on the conversion day
Merchant Account (Merchantka)The merchant's personal account, where they can manage their transactions, terminals, payment links, and payouts
Payment linkA unique link that the merchant receives via the API or personal account so that the customer can make a payment (for Digital Goods + Acquiring). Following the link opens the WATA payment form, which may offer several payment methods (for example, card payment and SBP, depending on the terminal issued). The payment link is single-use and becomes invalid after the first successful payment.
